Wherever possible it is recommended that test samples are collected on day 3 of your menstrual cycle (day 3 of your period). This enables a more accurate measurement of your basal hormonal levels, and is especially important for females taking the Women's Fertility Tests.
However, this recommendation does not apply to females taking the Women's Postmenopausal Test or for females with irregular periods taking the Women's Perimenopausal Test.
